Very helpful and efficient in explaining things
Helena Norris has treated me for many years and in all that time has never failed to be professional, courteous and friendly. I have benefitted greatly from her care. The staff at the office are top notch. That office runs like a well oiled machine. It's been a true pleasure to interact with all of them.
I received the best possible care and concern for my welfare during my visit with Helena Norris today.She assured me that my CPAP machine which is being recalled is safe to use until my new one (which she sent in a prescription for) arrives.

Besides being the best cowboy west of the Rockies, Dr. Morse is the best in my humble opinion. After a 7-yr. lapse (temporarily out of state) I saw him again today via Zoom and it went better than I even expected. He vowed to help me with a medical problem that may be related to sleep apnea or not, but he could have shied away from my problems but said he would help before I even asked him. I like his style even though I probably drive him nuts with my verboseness. Dr. Morse is as rare a doctor as he is cowboy (maybe he has pygmy Herefords or Angus or something). I think it shows his fabulous humility. Hard to beat humility and professionalism and knowledge all in one package.

First of all the patient questionaire is up to 14 pages, its like your completing a social welfare application and it is not user friendly, especially for non-tech person.
Secondly, the staff need to go on a training on how to treat patients with etiquette, patients are your clients, they are the sales, the ones that brings the money and recognition to your office/business /company. If you treat them well, their your live referrals or advertisements of your company. If their happy patients, their will be more clients that will spread the very good treatment they received from the doctors as well as the office staff.
Helena answered all my questions. She was extremely helpful. Definitely a 5 Star appointment.
