I typically respond to medical offices with nervousness and trepidation. I was immediately put at ease by the calm, friendly and complementary way the receptionists, the check-in nurse (Gab), as well as the nurturing, professional and relaxed presence of the doctor (Dr. Norris) put me at ease. My usual "white coat" blood pressure was excellent, indicative of my calm. I feel very supported and actually optimistic about finding real solutions to my sleep issues.

Dr. Mazza was professional to the nth degree. She answered questions and spoke with me as an adult. I felt free to ask questions and to converse with her. She did not act like someone who knew it all and was there to educate you from some ivory tower.
